By accessing or using the services provided by Aiwizz (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Our platform provides tools for uploading, processing, and managing documents using intelligent artificial intelligence (A.I.). Users can:
• Upload files (e.g., PDFs, images)
• Extract data from documents
• Review processed files
• Export extracted data in various formats (e.g., CSV, XLXS, JSON etc...)
Access to certain features may require a subscription or payment as described below.
Note: The system does not guarantee 100% accuracy, customers are encouraged to use the "Review" feature to remediate data inaccuracies
To use our services, you must:
1. Create an account with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
2. Keep your login credentials secure.
3. Be 18 years or older to register.
You are responsible for all activities under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify us immediately.
New users are provided 50 free file uploads. These free uploads are counted cumulatively per account and cannot be reset or transferred.
• After your free uploads run out, you must provide a valid payment method to continue using the platform.
• Each additional file upload incurs a fee of $4.43 per file uploaded.
• Payment processing is securely handled by Stripe, and you agree to Stripe’s terms of service.
• Charges will be deducted automatically at the end of the current billing cycle using the payment method on file.
• All payments are non-refundable except in cases of billing errors.
When using our services, you agree not to:
• Upload malicious, illegal, or harmful content.
• Interfere with or disrupt our platform.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or replicate our proprietary systems.
• Share your login credentials with others.
Violation of this section may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Your use of the platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data.
• All intellectual property rights related to the platform, including software, models, designs, and content, remain the exclusive property of Aiwizz
• You retain ownership of the files and content you upload. However, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, and limited license to process and display these files for the purpose of providing our services.
We strive to ensure continuous availability of our platform, but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Interruptions may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen issues.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:
1. You breach these Terms.
2. You fail to pay for paid services.
3. You engage in prohibited activities.
You can terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@aiwizz.io.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aiwizz is not liable for:
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
• Loss of uploaded files, data corruption, or errors in document processing.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid to us in the past 12 months.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the services after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States Of America and the State of New Mexico. Any Disputes will be resolved in the courts of The State of New Mexico
